Maintained my weight for 10 months for plastics. I haven’t measured because I am still swollen, but I have lost 2 pants sizes just from having my loose skin around my middle removed. From a size 3X top and 24 pants to size small tops and size 8/10 pants

My advice: be patient. Don’t get trapped by a diet culture mentality. I am eating a few bites of ice cream as I type this 🙂 everything in moderation! But eat your protein first – always! – and drink your water. Be kind to yourself. Stay positive – even when the scale hasn’t moved. Your body is changing in ways you can’t physically see, and it is all for the better.
